Serial Key not working

If you've purchased the retail version of Clones from a store you may encounter a problem when entering the serial key if your key contains the letters "i", "L" or the number 1.
The publisher has used a font that can make an upper case "i" look like a lower case "L" or the number 1.
If you receive the message that your key is not valid and it contains the letters mentioned above then please try replacing each ambiguous letter with either an uppercase "i" (I), a lower case "L" (l), and the number 1.
If you are still unable to move beyond the key entry screen then please email us with your key and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
