I double checked the key sent in the email, and it is valid. As rt suggested, make sure there are no extra spaces when you copy and paste the key.

That´s strange, I´ve tried to enter the key several times, and I´m pretty certain I´m inserting the key correctly, without any space between the letters.

Any accidental spaces are more likely to be before or after the letters, not in between them. Sometimes when selecting text to copy Windows will include the trailing space, i've had this problem before when copying passwords.

We will update the code to trim away whitespace from the entered key to prevent this problem from happening again.
