Touchscreen Matches

One of the features being worked on is the ability to support `touchscreen mode` which can be used when holding competitions in the real world (as opposed to virtual online tournaments). In fact, using Johnny Lee's Wiimote trick we can support projector screen matches giving the players a workout in addition to the brain squeeze!
This type of play would almost be a DDR for fingers :) It could be popular among 6-12 year olds due to the simple keyboard-less and mouse-less interface. However, i believe that the highest ranked CloneStats players will use the backup method of keyboard+mouse simply for speed.

The use of the Wiimote to enable touchscreen capability is definitely worth considering simply for the fact that so many people have a Wii these days. This style of game play would most likely appeal to the die-hard fan that wants the extra dimensions in their entertainment.
